WILC is an annual collaboration with National University and the 501(c)3 Women in Leadership Organization. Together we provide an invitation to the Women in Leadership Conference. Participants include faculty, students, administration, community members, business owners, and a variety of partners across international boundaries.

Please save the date for our 11th Annual Women in Leadership Conference on February 26-27, 2027.
We are honored to welcome our Donna Elder Inspired Leader Awardees (DEILAs) as panelists for the Keynote Address. They will share their perspectives of women's leadership. Our 2027 conference is planned fully virtual. Participants from multiple disciplines and enterprises are invited to join us for this exciting full day of learning!
We invite you to share your current activities and leadership work, present your research findings or works in progress, and engage dialogue around your remarkable stories and journeys. Join us to hear leaders share their perspectives through many leadership topics. Please encourage your students to submit proposals, particularly those who may wish to share their research. Faculty student co-presentations are encouraged.
